"One Very Cool Mom"

 When Cheyenne Prawdzik took the stage at Ms. Bikini Universe, you'd never known what the extreme this lady went through to appear so beautiful.  "I entered these competitions with an initial goal to lose baby weight and ended up getting hooked," said Cheyenne.  Actually, over the past two years, she lost 95 lbs. and has placed in the Top 10 at the Ms. Bikini New York, Atlantic and Universe.  As a mother and wife, Cheyenne also works a part time insurance fraud investigator.  And, although she wants to become a role model for all mothers, she says that, "To win a show would be proof enough to my son that his mother was indeed 'cool'!"  Cheyenne is 5'2", 105 lbs. and 31 years of age.

I have always said in order to live life, one must set goals.  I take that saying to heart as I’m currently on my way to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.  If you LOVE helping others, then you too can become a Certified Personal Trainer through one of the most respected and credited programs in this industry.

She Does It Again…

Cheyenne Prawdzik does it again as she became one of the top finalist to place at Team Universe in Miami Florida this past weekend.  Cheyenne competed among the best fitness competitors within this industry beating approximately 100 beautiful women to place Top 10.

I am so excited and so honored to share that I placed 1st Runner-Up Bikini and 4th in Model at Fitness Atlantic on Saturday, April 28, 2007.  This was my second competition entered and I’m still floating on cloud 9.  Thank you Brian & Donna for a job well done!  I can't wait to do it all over again next year!

CNP PLACES TOP 10 AT 
MS. BIKINI AMERICA & MODEL - NEW YORK

Cheyenne rocked the house at Ms. Bikini America & Model - New York held at the Stuyvesant School Theater in New York, August 6, 2006. Cheyenne was in full force as she entered her first ever Fitness America Pageant, tying for 5th, losing by one point to place 6th in bikini and 8th in Model. 

The competition was thick, but she came out on top!!!
